Mary Clayton, a 70-year-old grandmother from Australia showed off her muscles in a bodybuilding competition in September of 2016. Clayton said in an interview with the Daily Mail that she goes to the gym six times a week and starts her routine at 4.30 in the morning.
The grandmother said that she maintains a healthy lifestyle. Clayton shows us that men and women in their 70s can still get the built of a bodybuilder. It is interesting to note though that Ms. Clayton has competed before when she was still in her late 30s.
